Payment Methods
The methods available for your order appear at checkout. Availability may vary by location, device, currency, and provider. We do not promise a particular card brand or wallet unless it is offered for that transaction.
Currency and Charges
Review the displayed currency, product quantities, shipping fees, applicable taxes, and final order total before authorizing payment. Your bank may charge separate conversion or international transaction fees.
Authorization and Order Review
Submitting payment authorizes the selected method for the checkout amount. An authorization or automated acknowledgement alone does not mean fulfillment is complete. We may review stock, payment, addresses, duplicate orders, or suspected errors and contact you if relevant details are needed.
Payment Security
Payment information is handled through the checkout and payment systems available on the store. We do not request full payment-card information through ordinary customer-service email. No online transmission or storage method is completely risk-free; use a trusted device and protect your credentials.
Verification or Declined Payments
Your issuer or payment provider may require additional authentication. If payment is declined, check the entered information or contact the provider. We cannot override its authorization decision. If you are unsure whether an earlier attempt was charged, contact support before trying repeatedly.
Approved Refunds
For approved returned merchandise, we initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law takes precedence. If the original method cannot receive the funds, we coordinate an appropriate lawful alternative with the payment provider. Refunds for canceled unshipped merchandise are handled promptly under applicable requirements and do not depend on returning goods.
Unrecognized Charges
Contact service@navriload.com and your payment provider promptly if you notice an unfamiliar order-related charge. Supply the order reference and a description, but never email a complete card number, CVV, banking password, or one-time authentication code.
