These terms apply to purchases through navriload.com together with the displayed product details and the store’s payment, shipping, return, refund, and privacy policies.
1. Store Operator
navriload™ is owned and operated by Huizhou Yiyougou Trading Co., Ltd. Full business and support details are published below.
2. Product Selection
Review the product’s usable area, external dimensions, format, included parts, materials, and handling instructions before ordering. Piece counts are not a universal size standard. Styling props are not included unless stated. Minor appearance differences do not excuse material misdescription or a wrong item.
3. Prices and Payment
The storefront and checkout display the applicable currency, product prices, shipping fees, and relevant taxes or charges. Review the final total. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method. Genuine errors are addressed as permitted by law with appropriate communication and payment resolution.
4. Order Review and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement or payment authorization alone does not establish fulfillment. We may review payment, stock, delivery details, duplicate orders, or suspected errors. If an order cannot be supplied, we communicate and handle captured payments appropriately.
5. Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Processing is separate from carrier transit. Estimated U.S. transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch for destinations supported by checkout. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, carrier operations, customs where applicable, holidays, and destination conditions can affect timing. Available shipping methods and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order, delivery destination, and selected method. Review the final charge before payment. If we cannot ship within the promised shipment period, we will notify you, explain the revised timing, and offer the applicable choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. We obtain consent where required. This refund is not conditional on receiving returned goods.
6. Delivery Concerns
Email service@navriload.com with your order and tracking references for a substantial delay, prolonged absence of updates, or suspected loss. A Delivered scan alone does not automatically resolve a legitimate dispute. We review circumstances and arrange an appropriate resolution.
7. Returns and Refunds
Request an eligible preference return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Obtain approval and the return address before mailing. Customers pay preference-return postage unless law requires otherwise; approved returns have no restocking fee. Verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods attributable to us receive an appropriate remedy at no additional cost for the qualifying issue. For approved returned merchandise, we initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law takes precedence.
8. Cancellation
Request cancellation as soon as possible by emailing service@navriload.com. We will attempt to assist before fulfillment, but preparation, packing, or dispatch may prevent cancellation. A successful pre-fulfillment cancellation has no cancellation fee. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights are not removed by operational limitations.
9. Care and Intended Use
Use a carrier, board, portfolio, or mat only as described for that product. Do not overfill, force closures, roll rigid parts, or assume waterproof, impact-resistant, vertical-carrying, or wall-display capability unless stated. Keep small parts away from children. These instructions do not excuse defective or misdescribed products.
10. Intellectual Property and Conduct
Original branding, text, graphics, and other store materials may be protected by applicable rights. Unauthorized commercial copying, fraud, malicious code, unlawful access, or interference with security is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Responsibility is assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Any product-specific express warranty is separate; these terms do not create a universal warranty duration.
12. Changes and Contact
Effective date: October 16, 2026. Updates apply prospectively as permitted by law and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Questions or disputes may be sent to service@navriload.com.
